Zenesis dx350

I have the dx350 and cant seem to get connection with 18350 battery, the 18490 tube works fine does anyone have any tips for getting this to work properly?

I had to add a washer under the switch screw to move the screw head closer to the 18350.

same size washer that was in it?

Yup...just be sure to check the switch operation with your 490 tube to ensure that the mod is not energized all of the time

Yep, this is pretty common with all of Zens and 18350's from what I hear. It's designed that way to accommodate the differences in actual sizes of the 18350s. I haven't had much issue with mine, but I do have to finesse the switch a bit to make the connection.

Funny Post.
Had exact same issue.
Went to home depot. Grabbed some brass washers.
Found a nice snug fit was like a $1
I find it needed 3 washers 350 tube.

Button is so smooth now.

Oddly 3 washers is to much for the 490 tube.

Anyone have a 650 tube with a 510 on it?

I guess home depot it is do you happen to know exactly which washers you got? And will i have to remove them when using 18490? i was able to adjust the 510 connection to compensate for the 18350 also made some mods fit flush
