zero mg?

How many people here vape 0 mg? I usually vape 18 mg, but need to cut out nicotine for medical reasons. Or at least seriously cut down. How much does it change the flavor? My fav is Cherry tobacco and Applewood. Does low nicotine change to tobaccos much?
