PG and VG shouldn't give you a headrush-- in fact it's fairly uncommon to get a headrush from vaping at all (even using nicotine) because it isn't restricting the oxygen to your brain like smoking does. Is it possible you are vaping this on a new atomizer that's not been blown out yet? Also: Look at the containers for your PG and VG, what does the bottle say is in it?

I have nicotine liquid that says :100mg/ml nicotine in 100%PG (just because the bottle says 100% PG, doesn't mean that's the only ingredient in the mix- that's all I'm saying)

Can someone please give me some guidelines as to mixing pg and vg for a zero nicotine mix? I tried straight pg 7ml and straight vg 3ml for a 70/30 mixture. Do I need to dilute this mixture at all, because I got kind of a not so pleasant head-rush from it. Thanks from another Newb!

the amount of PG or VG is irrelevant to how much nicotine you have, D. it's how much nic is in your ingredients.

what are you actually mixing? if either of your PG or VG has nicotine in it, it won't just dilute away. you need to purchase 0 nic ingredients. if you have already straight PG, and straight VG, and you're adding your own flavorings, then there is no nic, and whatever is giving you a head rush is one of those ingredients.

If you are using USP PG (propylene glycol) and USP VG (ie. USP Glycerin) there really shouldn't be a head rush unless you are holding your breath.

However some people are allergic or overly sensitive to PG. Try the VG along or a lower concentration of PG like maybe a 50/50 mix and see how that is?

What are you using for flavoring?
