Zeus RTA X Mesh deck clamp missing?

Hello, i bought a Zeus rta X Mesh and when i opened it to check the deck i noticed that one of the clamps was missing, it's like that? or is really missing? i checked the box and all the stuff and didnt find it.

I had one show up like that. The clamp had come loose in transit and gotten lodged under the wick slots. Good luck.

It's definitely not supposed to come like that. As Shawn mentioned, I'd check down in the wick slots below the deck to see if it ended up in there. Another issue you're going to face is the missing screw to hold it in, unless you got spares to come with it. I would message the vendor and let them know that your product didn't arrive in its intended condition.
