Since the Quit Zits are quite a famed adjustment period side effect, I figure I should balance it out a bit with my experience. I'm 34, and always seem to have that one pretty bad spot, basically all my life. Had bad skin as a child, and generally look quite oily. All that stopped as soon as I stopped smoking and started vaping. Now my skin is never oily and I don't think I've had a noticeable spot for at least 4 months. That may well be the longest stint in the last 15 years. This occured to me at Christmas when I smiled for the obligatory holiday picture and realized there wasn't any spot I had to hide from the camera. :D Hoorah for the drying effects of PG. :D

I only had occasional minor blemishes throughout my life. I'm 32 and smoked for 17 years a ppd. I have now been vaping for a little over a month, and I did experience some of the quit zits in the first two weeks. They have since went away by using my normal skin care and drinking LOTS of water! Flushing the toxins out helps I think. Haven't had any blemishes in about 2 weeks :) Hope it improves for you. Good luck!

When I started vaping, I came down with the worst case of zitty-scalp...

Glad to hear I wasn't the only one! I also got the occasional pimple in the most inaccessible locations within my nose...

These issues lasted for over six months and are almost non-existent now. I just figured it's my body extruding some of the trash it's accumulated in the 46 years I smoked.

Fortunately, I've had a great complexion, so no facial zits for me. Now, if I could only get rid of this growing population of these day-um aging spots...

Those are the worst...maybe not as bad as the ones you get in the crevice of your ear though.

My acne flared up for about 9 months after I quit smoking. I just was noticing that I hadn't had any break outs in the last few months so hopefully my body as stablelized. My body rebelled when I quit smoking.
