I ordered multiple items from Caterpillar Vapes, including a few different flavors of Hangsen juice. One of the flavors they sent was wrong (I ordered RY4 and ended up with "tobacco"). I initially contacted them via e-mail to notify them of this mistake, including a picture of the bottle in question. When no response was received, I attempted to follow up twice through their website ticket system (on 9/24 and 10/2). To date I have not received a single response back.

Very disappointing lack of customer service.​
