I have a Bananas Foster I make I call "Thunder thighs." It's an Aus reference although I think Bananas foster originated in Europe, but the Aus liked the stuff enough to name their beer after it (Foster's lager) which no is probably like, someone's last name but whatever it's dessert, not nuclear physics.
