I received my order from madvapes on Feb. 23 and when I opened up the box, I realized they sent me a wrong item. I opened a support ticket and they quickly responded saying they would send out my replacement immediately. Unfortunately, the item is out of stock, so this morning, Feb. 27, just four days later, they credited my account with enough points to cover the cost of the item. I am a happy camper!! This transaction was handled quickly and to my satisfaction. Way to go, madvapes!!
