What kind of internet explorer do you use ?
Because with firefox it seems not possible, but with windows internet explorer or opera explorer it's ok
basicly i use firefox, i guess that it could be the reason, so i did try with "internet explorer" ver.6 ; it was the same

strange, i remember "before the olympic games " ;-) it was working on my firefox

i say that because with firefox i never had answer and one day i was connect with opera explorer and i have an answer

therefore they are liars who assumes no responsibility
I will not be surprised to see this company appear under another name

Still not received my order of 18/07/2008 and no answers to my mails
The "live chat" is now virtually non-existent :grr:

i catch the "live chat" yesterday.. so the answer was a usual "nothing": we are sorry, we have a problems with shipping, we will ship as soon as possible..etc, when i try to make clear what is "as soon as possible"..i did not come any were. the point is that "live chat" sometime is working..

Whatever happened to their US distributor? It's been mentioned, but I can't find a website for it.

i ordered a fair bit of stuff from them before the olympics.. no problem with their express shipping.. a short while back i ordered some carts.. i ask about shipping.. yoyo said they would ship from the US..

the carts were shipped from china.. my next lot were also shipped from china.. the US side dosnt seem to exist..

i have now ordered their new e cig mini.. i expect it to arrive within a couple of weeks..

i might be lucky.. but with over fifteen different orders with e-cig china shipping or delivery time has never been a problem..

most of my orders were pre olympics..

the olympics quite cleary did them no favours..

heavens gift are in hong kong.. hong kong isnt quite china.. and for whats it worth the only thing thats has gone missing in the post for me has been from heavens gift..

heavens gift did replace it with no problems.. whether e-cig china would do i have no idea.. but then again nothing has ever gone missing from them..

its possible regular buyers get better service.. who knows.. but i have never had shipping or delivery problems with e-cig china so far.. touch wood..

they do offer an extended guarantee.. which allowing for poor "chinglish" pretty much says if something to the value of ten packs of carts is bought from them they will keep replacing the hardware for ever..

again i have never put their extended guarantee to the test but someone on this forum said they have and it works..

but my bottom line thoughts are.. if u buy from china u give up your consumer protection rights.. its "buyer beware"..

But you can't ignore all the reports of people who have their shipments delayed for months, and received no help at all, or even a response.

Meanwhile, I have at least two products I would like to get replaced under their extended warranty, just to see if I can get one that works.

So, I was hoping there really would be a US option. But, C'est la vie.

if u do get one that works it might not work for long.. i intended to send pipe atomizer back in bunches of four but never got around to it.. in theory every time i bought some new carts i could have got a new free atomizer..

does this sound familar.. ????

i think the e cig problem is a simple one.. they attempt to sell to the "world" but dont have staff that are multi lingual.. they dont answer emails cos they cant answer emails..

the chinese government shutting everything down for the olympics hit them very hard.. they probably had to lay off what staff they did have.. getting up and running again is bound to be difficult..

they have some poor products.. but they aint alone in this.. i hope they get their act together and the new mini works okay.. but the "current" future is very uncertain for everyone..

nice one that aint it.. the "current" future.. he he he

are u sure that heavens gift based in hong kong? i just send my bling for replacement to wayne and the address which he give me is Shanghai. but any way the bling from him came in 10 days.
of cause hong kong could be different story-the mails from DX coming in 4 days..cant belive ;-)

i suspect thats its not only the shipment and olimpic bun problem with e-cig.com ...

u are right vafvaf.. its DX thats in hong kong.. i am getting them mixed up.. thanks for pointing my error out..

air mail from hong kong is amazing.. three days from being put on the plane in hong kong to arriving on my doorstep.. its quicker than expensive express.. not that it makes a great deal of sense but it is.. it dosnt seem to involve customs in the UK.. very odd but very good..

straight off the plane and into the royal mail postie van and on its way to my doorstep suits me fine.. he he..

My E-Pack caught fire the second day I had it. That was August 15th at 7:00pm

August 17th, Jacky at E-Cig said they would replace it with another E-Cigarette

No response in 15 days. Sent six emails, called once and they hung up on me.

People say the cigarette smoking will kill you, E-Cig's products can kill you....

Im now going to email them calmly and politely and hopefully get a helpful and curtious reply assuring me that me goods are now finally on there way.
And if that doesnt work im going to get that email address SPAMMED TO HELL with get rich quick schemes , all varieties of porn and anything else sinister my angry and vengeful mind can think of.:thumb:

and in doing so u will help f-ck up many innocent customers.. its the actions of prat..
