Problem with JuicyLiquid.com

Has anyone else had a problem with orders from JuicyLiquid.com??? I placed an order with them on 8/15 and when I received mine on 8/22, the wrong items were shipped to me. I've tried contacting them 3 times via email (there's no phone number on their site) about the problem and no one has gotten back to me yet.

I'm really disappointed in their customer service and I'm considering calling my credit card company to do a chargeback since no one will get back to me.

Sorry about your situation. BTW welcome to the forum. Try to build up your thread counts and post in their sub forum. (If they are on ECF). Good luck.

Thank you Sdh! I'm working on it now. I've already found a potential new supplier for my e-juice. I saw virginvapor recommended by some board members. Their flavors look awesome!!!
