Shipping on eu.jantyworld.com (La Poste and DHL)

Hello,

I was wondering why whenever you have more than one item in your basket, shipping with La Poste is no longer available ?

I would prefer to use La Poste over DHL, because I've had my fair share of problems with them. I know shipping with DHL should guarantee that the shipped item finds it's recipient and using La Poste doesn't guarantee anything, but I'm willing to risk it.

Could La Poste be enabled again for orders containing multiple items ?

Don't know what the criteria is, but I don't think that's it.
I have made orders with several items that had the La Poste option. In fact, I made one yesterday.

Is it a matter of how much your cart is worth, then?

With an address in Belgium, the trigger is amount of items > 1.

For example:
- Ordering a bottle of DK eliquid 2HAPPY 10 ml: total cost: €4,70 and La Poste can be selected
- Ordering a 5 pack of DC carto's (this counts as 1 item): total cost €12,43 and La Poste can be selected
- Ordering 2 bottles of DK eliquid 2HAPPY 10 ml: total cost: €9,40 and only DHL can be selected

Just tried these out myself... So it's not the price that causes it.

I do realise price is a factor, for example when you order a kit, you can only select DHL. But it's just strange when I make an order with 2 items and the total price is under €10 I have to use DHL and when I make an order with the price over €10 with just one item, I can use La Poste just fine.

- add 1 x 15ml bottle of Elixir SE555

... and I still have the La Poste option

This works indeed. Now try adding 2 bottles of DK eLiquid 2HAPPY 10 ml to an empty basket. La Poste wil no longer appear, although the total cost is lower.

Also, I was able to order eDC Cartomizer ROUND TIPS STAINLESS PACK 5 last week, and get it shipped with La Poste, but now I longer get the option ? Really really weird

Just checked and:

- if you order 2 bottle of DK eLiquid 2HAPPY 10 ml - you HAVE La Post
- if you order 3 bottle of DK eLiquid 2HAPPY 10 ml - you don't have La Post

after that, only DHL was available.

...see the patern?
Seems like a bug to me.

Tried a few minutes latter and the behaviour was the oposite - only 1 and 3 items worked

just tried it out myself,... up to 4 DK eliquids (same or different flavors), i get La Poste.
anything more, it disappears!!!

perhaps it's working fine now??! oh well,...

I would like to remark though, that yesterday, it was possible to order 4 bottles of DK 2Happy and select La Poste, yet now I can only select DHL.

What is max amount of € for still being able to select La Poste ?

Edit: I tried ordering an eDC Cartomizer ROUND TIPS STAINLESS PACK 5, and I still can only select DHL. Doesn't appear fixed to me Used to be able to get those shipped with La Poste
