placed an order with gotvapes 2 weeks ago, charged my account right away. still no product, no usps update on package, sent 2 tickets into there helpdesk system first one last week and another 3 days ago...still no response. Now i cant even open there web page....is gotvapes gone...along with my money?

Just to update for anyone watching......
Badcolo responded very quickly to my post and PM's.

ok i believe the issue was since you ordered juice was we had run out of juice bottles and waited for them to arrive, at the same time when making more juice i realized they only sent vg juice and it caused a major mess and we had them send a emergency order which arrived saturday, your package left and should show tracking today, i will have daniel apply a 10% coupon to your next order and i added gifts to all that i had to hold.

A call or e-mail to everyone who was delayed would have been great, rather we were left thinking we got cheated. If a package is shipped out over a week later than expected, the professional and courteous thing to do would be inform the affected customers of the delay.
Sadly i still dont have my stuff :-(, be it usps or gotvapes i am unsure....the result is the same, i dont have my $70 worth of product. USPS is investigating now, they assure me an answer within 24hrs. If problem is not with USPS i will contact my bank to retract funds.
Will post the outcome here for everyone.
