three red dots on itaste 134?

for some reason my itaste 134 is not working anymore, its only a month old..even when i put in fully charged batteries it will turn on but when i hit the button to vape i get blinking red lights regardless of batteries and tank that i use..anyone have this issue?

I had that happen about a year ago; turned out mine shorted out on me.
