I made my intro posts in the forum a couple days ago and told everyone I was an ex-smoker who was considering starting again using e-ciggs. Why you ask? Well, because i love the calming effects of smoking. I used to love my morning coke(yes coke, I don't like coffee) and cigarette.
So anyway, everyone basically told me don't be an idiot and it's a bad idea so I agreed and realized I am 2 years clean there is no reason to start again.
BUT, I have become rather interested in all the news about politicians banning e-ciggs...why? Why would they want to ban something and let its more dangerous counterpart (normal cigarettes) go on with no problems?
The whole thing makes no sense and smells of bribery and special interests. I'm sure it's either big tobacco or big pharma...or both.
Anyway, I have become very interested in the legalities of this and why they are trying to ban a much more healthy alternative to cigarettes.
