Need a little help from an experienced DIYer

I'm in search of a pepper or black pepper flavoring. I understand that I should stay away from oils...Anyhow came across the following and looking for opinions. I mean it says water soluble. I'm a complete newbie when it comes to DIY juices. Thanks in advance.

It says in one section no sweetener but in another section says has sugar. Now I would take that to mean no artifical sweetener but has sugar. Sugar will burn up coils quickly. It also make no mention of what type of suspension it's in (PG/VG/alcohol) and makes no mention of any additives.

I think you may do better with something like this.

Hey Danny, I appreciate you taking the time to check those out for me, and thanks for the link. Would of love to obtain that kind of quantity in that price range. I knew it was too good to be true, haha.
