I have another suggestion about spare o-rings for GG products
we are using silicone ones from DX - Glow-in-the-Dark Water-tight Silicone O-Ring Seal (20-Pack 16 mm) - Free Shipping - DealExtreme for example
I thought would be great for your store to have similar items in stock, these are really rules - UFS tuning is much easier with silicone o-rings and no need to use this crappy vaseline -)
