3D Auto Dripper Atomizer Clone by Atmomixani

I just received on of these 3D Auto Dripper Atomizer Clone by Atmomixani. It appears to be of good construction, threads are all good, no torn seals.. I bought it on a whim wanting to try a dripper for the first time, it was only $10. I'm confused by the three posts, only built 2 post atomizers. I also only have 30 guage Kanthon wire at my disposal. I also have rayon and sterile cotton.

Any one have a link or you-tube video on how to build this thing?
