510 first time battery charging?

Quick question. It says the first time you charge your 510 batteries, you should charge them for 8 yours, use for 20 minutes, then recharge for an hour.

Have been doing this and have no problem.

But I lent my charger and a couple of 510 cigs to my friend who's cheapo e-cigs broke, until his arrive in the mail. I have my passthrough and PCC so i figure no problem.

So to my question, the PCC wont continually charge the 510 battery right? Once it is done charging it stops?

My USB charger may not be here til Monday, so I probably will have to wait till then, but just wondering. Thanks.

I unpacked my kit last night, charged it for six hours, and have been using it without problems today. When I am using one batt, the other is in the PCC. Once it gets full, the top light on the PCC will shut off and it stops charging the batt. So, no worries!

I heard that 510 batteries actually don't need to be charged for 8 hours straight the first time... If you were worried about charging your battery often even it's not dead yet it's not a problem either.

Charge until you have a green light on the charger. Use until blinking LED, then repeat. Keep a batt charging while using one, or rotate extras in the rotation and never run out. You can pick up an extra charger in the classifieds as well as new and lightly used 510 batteries.

These are Lithium Ion batteries, so don't follow the ideas of people who are confused.

Green means go, blink means charge... real simple.
