Backwoods Brew Nightmare

So I have order from BWB before with no problems and great juice. I placed an order on 9/19 and on 9/24 my tracking information said "undeliverable as addressed". I emailed BWB through their website and received a response that they would look into it. Week went by emailed again... No response for 4 days. I emailed them again saying that if they did not respond I was going to the BBB and ECF to voice my complaint. They responded within the hour saying that they did not appreciate being threatened and they would send my package when they received it and would not offer any refunds back from USPS. Fast forward to today and I have sent them three emails in the past two weeks for updates on my package. They have not responded back its been almost a month from when I ordered.I will not be ordering from them again due to their poor customer service. So BWB customers be warned.
