What if there was a way that you could adapt a carto onto a 3.5mm phono jack like the ones used on head phones so that you could plug it into the headphone jack on your cell phone. Then develop an app that simply had a button on the screen.... you push the button the app send power to that jack, you inhale and vape away.

Do any of you think that this would be possible?

There was a thread just like this not too long ago. The problem is that the batteries might fire a coil once before going dead. Cell phone batteries are not meant for that kind of discharge rate.
