when should i clean a cartomizer? what is the best way to do it? i am using smok tek dual coil cartos and at one point i saw the coil turning red and got a burnt taste. there was plenty of juice on the fibers. and after a bit of vaping the juice turned dark almost as if it was burnt. interesting thing though. that carto stopped turning red and giving me the burnt taste and eventually used the juice after a while. i thought i would have to fill it back up in order to get it to not turn red. im not sure how to best use a cartomizer. after it was all done (and it didnt give me the red coil or burnt taste) i ran hot water through it and blew as much as i could out of it. i let it dry for about a day and am about to put some more juice in it. any advice? thanks

Two days may not be enough if they are stuffing type dual coils. Some people have to bake stuffing cartos in a low oven (200 degrees F or 175) for hours to dry them. or are you use some kind of clear or other reservoir dual coils? Don't put plastic in the oven. various threads about various kinds
