I've known Bob Doyle (who is featured in this article) for nearly two decades, and he's fully aware that smokeless tobacco products are exponentially less hazardous alternatives to cigarettes, and that its been illegal to sell tobacco products to minors in Coloroda (and all other states) for the past twenty years. He's also aware that Reynolds signed the Master Settlement Agreement, which specifically prohibits signatories from marketing to youth, and can result in huge fines for violations.
