Cuboid 150w confuzzlement

So, ive been using a joyetech cuboid 150 for about a month now with ss316L, and the past week im having an issue. My Aromamizer v1 rdta keeps getting put into power mode for no reason. Ive tried different builds, cleaning the contacts.. etc. I even tried a couple different settings, but to no avail.

I put my subtank mini on, and it only kicked me into power mode once in 24 hours. Both are ss316L, wrapped around 3mm, and come out to about .7 ohms.

Any help would be appreciated seeing how Google is apparently useless this issue.

did you check the screws holding the coil havent come loose?

Yes. Even unscrewed and retightened all of them.

Resistance jumping is the reason it kicks out to power mode. You may have tightened the screws too much/cut the wire. Also check the bottom pin and tighten it up a bit. I had toscrew my bottom pin to get mine to work correctly

I had the same issue, with stock coils. Switched back to nickel

So, i completely changed my coils and rewicked, also took the center pin out, and put it back in. Its been about an hour and a half, and so far so good. Hopefully its fixed.

just out of curiosity, what color cuboid and what hardware version do you have? (not firmware)

Silver/grey, and im not sure of the actual hardware version, but my bf bought it less then a month after it was released (in Canada, if that makes any difference).
