Difference between the Kanger CE5 and T4 clearos???

Really liking the V2 Liquimax I was trying to figure out who makes them and rebrands them for V2. It appeared to be the Kanger T4. But as I searched a little deeper I ran across the Kanger CE5 which looks pretty much the same. Outside of the drip tip and a few ml capacity can anyone clarify what the difference between the two is???

And while I am at it are there any slim style top coil clearos like these that have longer wicks????

yes, authentic Vision V3s and ego or CE4+ but the V3s (or 2.0) are sold out everywhere. i could only find knockoffs without the V emblem and for $9.99

I'm hoping they are cranking up production to meet the ever growing need
