Where do I start? The worst thing I can say is that I received my order 6 days after it was shipped. Considering it crossed the length of the entire US, I am very happy. Not only did I get everything I ordered, she threw in a bunch of extras and a hand-written "thank you" comment on the receipt. I was expecting to just get the flavors I ordered. On top of that, I received a bottle of jingle bell cookie juice (which smells delicious!!), a bunch of pipettes, some "blue plug," and 3 bottles of flavors that seem to be the ingredients for the JBC juice. I am blown away. I have always read good things about DIYflavorshack, and now I have witnessed it first hand. A million thanks and A+++++++++++++
