DIY Mixing 50/50 help needed

Hey guys I guess my brains stuck from a nic over dose because I'm stuck.
I looked up and used (kinda) several DIY calculators and thought I had my measurements close but all 3 of the 30 ML bottles of juice I made give me a MAJOR nic rush after 3 or 4 hits. Yes of course I had to try all three


I vape at 12 nic (6 nic for chain vaping) and 50/50 pg/vg.
I measured my (multi vendor) flavors in a 1 ML pipelet and used a 10ML marked syringe for my pg/vg liquid.

I've got 48% nic mixed in 50/50 pg/vg.

30 ML bottles mixed:
-----------------------
10 ml pg
10 ml vg
7.5 ml (48 nic) pg/vg
5 ml flavoring (2 ml Dbl Choc., 2 ml Carmel, 1 ml Choc. Carmel Nut is one recipe)

Taste is Awesome but I've got to have my nic wrong!

Hit it 3 or 4 times (real good) from a Lemo and WOW! I still haven't recovered.
Do I have my nic 4 X too strong?

I just checked and didn't think about the flavors actually being PG! Yes the Capella is PG, the MFS flavor dosent say? I didn't consider that as PG in measuring, so my PG is way over but is my nic really right?

My Nic is a big pre mixed bottle of 50/50 @ 48 nic

Wait your numbers would be shy on PG vs VG because the nic is 50/50.

11.25 PG
&
18.75 VG

Not that I'd mind higher VG... Really just tring to figure out the amount of nic I should use and now how to fix this 90 MLS of juice I made!

According to this your at 11mg about 60/40 .............PG on the higher side.

7.5*48=360mg, 360/32.5ml=11mg/ml
Did you shake/mix the nic base? The vg, pg & nic can separate over time.

As per calculator your mixing came up to your preferences 11MG
Your original post adds up to 32.5ml........... Thats the way I punched it in the calculator.

If your sure you have to much nic. You botched the mixing process somewhere or your Nic is marked wrong.
Its not likely it is but it has happened in the past.

Since your mixing adds up to be an 11MG . Theres no way to fix the nic you have without totally guessing.
You really dont want to do that.

I disagree. If you really think the nic is to high. I would add 10ml ea of vg & pg. That would be "6", your chain vape. Or you could just add 5ml each and see how it vapes. You really aren't going to hurt anything. You don't have to cut the whole batch either. Just label it so you know.

Whether PG or PG/VG ... the nic is correct for 12mg starting with 48

It has a bit extra VG per my calculation above ... however, it's still 30ml of 12mg nicotine

Ha, this is actually the calculator I used!

I might not have shaken the bottle well or messed it up? I cut it and it's much better, really it's great!
