I truly can not praise DIYflavorshacks customer service and quality enough. Dawn has gone above and beyond time and time again to accommodate my request, and has always delivered excellent juice and DIY flavors quickly, safely and well packed. She always throws in free goodies, and is always a pleasure to deal with.
Recently I placed an order with her as a Christmas gift for another user on here of a 6 pack of pre-mixed flavors as well as 1 custom blend. in the special instructions section I requested she not ship the invoice since it was a gift. I learned from the recipient that Dawn got creative with it, and labeled the custom mix "Jen's special mix" rather than the standard label to keep my recipient guessing and also included a pretty handwritten note wishing my recipient a Merry Christmas from me. It is personalized service and these special little touches that keep me coming back to DIYflavorshop time and time again. (and of course the thinmint cookie juice)
