E-Liquid degradation from extreme heat

I am aware that nicotine solutions will degrade with heat or light. I wish to store small bottles of e-liquid in my vehicle over the summer with temperatures reaching 100 degrees Fahrenheit (day time, lower at night) but no light exposure. My question is how often should I change out these liquids? I am hoping they last at least a week or more. Any one with experience in this area?

Last summer I didn't leave anything in the car; it all went with me. I don't know about juice, but you definitely don't want to leave batteries in the car.
