Ego-T tank buildup question

With my Ego-T last night I cleaned my atty and found I was still having a tough draw. I pulled out the tank and blew into it (the plastic tank, not the atty), this cleared out the issue for a time. I noticed you can take the top off the tanks, but is there any way to remove the water vapor/spittle/juice buildup inside the tank itself? Do you just need to leave it be and evaporate on it's own?

I believe there are three removable pieces on each tank (so four pieces total including the tank itself), the end cap, the mouth piece end, and a piece that's under the mouthpiece end.

I just blow through the atomiser into a tissue, and that does it for me.
