Eleaf iStick 40Watt TC - Did they fix the battery problems?

Hello,

I purchased a eleaf istick 40Watt TC (new) with a 2600 mAh internal battery from an online retailer in my country that is relatively known, did eleaf fix the battery problems (venting, 'exploding' etc.) like they did around 2015/2016? This one can be charged via USB-C.

I don't leave it charging without me in the area, but I did notice the casing getting warm to the touch (not blistering hot) during charging via the cable that came with it, charging via my laptop.

Warm is fine. I don't recall a single incident of isticks burning up, myself. I've owned 3 and just wore them out until buttons didn't work. Better than most mods I've had since.

I Haven't really seen and major problems with eLeaf Products since then. I think they did a Massive Internal Review and Revamped the way they do Quality Control.

Not to say that you can't get an Occasional Issue. But any Brand can have an Occasional Issue.

Except SMOK. They seem to have Regular Systemic and Habitual Problems.
