I don't understand how to make measurements or read the strenght of an eliquid.
I mean there 's an eliquid of 20 ml that contains 18 mg (high) of nicotine for instance.
What does it mean ?
There' s 18 mg of nic in 20 ml or 18 mg of nic/ml ?

Actually I' d like to know how much nic is delivered through 12/15 puffs ( equivalent of one cigarette)

The real cigarettes I smoke contain 0.7 mg of nic I ' d like to have something similar.

Thanks for your help.

anchorage, ak
everyone receives different nic intake.........something to do with style of puffing

I would figure maybe 6-10 cigs per cartridge. Most people use 2ml liquid per day and adjust strength up or down depending on whether they have cravings or feel they are getting too much. I personally just add a drop or 2 every hour or so. I don't like dry puffing.

there just is no real calulation because everyone is different with vaping

14mg per pack u were smoking..........so I would guess 12 to 18mg liquid for starters

one cart could be 1ml
