Fixing damaged 510 thread connections or damaged atomizer threads

Hi guys...
I've been in pretty bad luck this month... I just got a new k101 mod with 2 IGO L's. Everything was fine with them until I had problems with the IGO L being screwed on crookedly. Eventually 2-3 weeks passed and I noticed one of my IGOs screwing on loosely to my new k101. Luckily I had the second IGO L so I began using that. Now I have 2 damaged IGO L's that spin freely without securing into the 510 connection of my K101 and the threads on my K101 are now acting the same way with whatever I place in it. This also goes with the IGO L's that I purchased; they dont screw in any 510 batteries or mods for me anymore. I don't know what to blame.. the IGOs or my K101.

Has anyone ever had this problem?
If so, how can I attempt to revive the threads on either my k101 or IGO-L's?

Not sure,i wonder if the 510 connector is press fitted and can be knocked out and be replaced with one from an old ego.

Over tightening/cross threading destroys threads.
Hard to repair something no longer there.

Tap and die for threads is 7mm x .5
