How do I want to mix my Flavour Art Apple pie?

On internet i find suggestions from 3% to 12% and im confused

I made it 20% in pure VG and its not good. Smells and tastes chemical

Made it to do small mixes with colonels custard, whipped cream and other flavours to find m very own blend

But would love to have a good applepie juice that taste like the name before i build on it

Should i go from 20 to 12 % first and then take it further down til I hit it. Or do you guys have the perfect percentages I could use?

What I mean I guess, is has it aged properly? Some flavors take time to mature, taste like shyte straight away, but a couple of weeks in a dark closet and they are good to go.

Test 12% and do a speedsteep and breathing in a glass of hot water, but it might also be just the flavoring 'style' if you can call it that, because I doubt there's a true home-baked apple pie flavor out there that is only 1 flavoring.

Check out the DIY e-liquid subforums for recipes also, my guess for an applepie flavor is to use these:
(No clue which manufacturers produce these then!)

Sweet apple flavoring
Graham cracker flavoring or pie crust flavoring
Vanilla flavoring
Cinnamon flavoring
Ethyl maltol

Remember, this isn't a recipe or anything, just a guesstimate of different flavors as I haven't made absolutely no apple pie flavor or any complex e-liquids, so don't complain to me if this doesn't work haha

I read the suggestions and see that I should let it wait and be more patience and also Im gonna take it down little by little in the time I need to wait i'll scan the internet for more information as suggested
