I have been out of the ECF scene for about a year now, but I have been a Got Vapes customer since the beginning. I can't help but shop with them. They always have the latest & greatest. After being out of the "ECF Scene" for about a year, I decided to order some new gear.
I may sound stupid, but I ordered a few vivi novas from GotVapes & could not one of them to fire. I went to their website in tears.....my husband trying furiously to fix the vivi nova...& had to fill out a help desk ticket. (I hate help desk tickets, it often takes a year to reach an actual human being). To my surprise, GotVapes sent an answer to my help desk ticket within about 15 minutes via email. After about 4 dialogues with GotVapes help desk my problem was solved. I was no longer crying, and my husband began to smile.
I had to stop by ECF to give the GotVapes boys props on always having the latest & the greatest, & also having their ducks in a row when it comes to customer service.
