I have been using Halo's Kringle's Curse liquid for over a year, it is by far my favorite. This last order I received, cloudy liquid, flavor not right. I have contacted Halo, tried all their suggestions for shaking the bottle, steeping liquid, etc. Halo checked my quality number on the bottle, basically told me it should be fine. Nothing else to offer from halo. I can not believe they did not even offer to replace my bottles. 3 total, only one I opened because I can see the cloudiness in the 2 unopened through the glass. I order 4-5 bottles (sometimes a different flavor) every 6 weeks and this has never happened. Anyone else with this issue??

Also, this has been about a two week process, so now I do not have my favorite flavor to vape and Halo doesn't seem to want to help me. Do they always treat loyal customers like this??? This is the first issue I've had with them. Hope I don't ever have another!!!
I was surprised myself. Thought about calling them rather than emailing the same person I have dealt with via email these past two weeks. I'm very frustrated. Sorry new to this site, is halo's forum here or on their own website??

I think you need 5 posts, but I am not sure. I have bought over 100 bottles of Halo e-juice and never had an issue, but things can happen in any manufacturing process. Cinder Ella in the Halo forum will help you, I am sure...

Thanks all. I will try both avenues. Promise to let you know if I get a solution. I'm super bummed because I love Halo and not sure what I'm going to do if this isn't solved.
