what's up ECF!! first post. I've been a 1-1/2 - 2 pack a day smoker forever but haven't had a ciggy in about a month now since I started vaping. I was referred to Pink Spot Vapors here locally to get a starter kit and ended up with the standard ego twist and some clearomizers. then I found this site with TONS of great information and great hardware!! after only about a week with the twist and reading this site, I knew I wanted better so I ordered up a Provari and a Protank and am a happy camper!! I now have 2 Protanks, a Puritank, a Bella carto tank and a Z-Atty Pro with 2 Protank 2's on the way. I really wanted to try a variety of delivery systems and I really like the flavor on the Bella, but I find changing flavors on the carto tanks a little inconvenient. the Protanks / Puritanks hit the sweet spot for me as far as convenience, performance, capacity, ease of cleaning & changing flavors.

I just wanted to thank everyone on this forum for such great information!! I'm saving tons not smoking but so far buying new vaping gadgets is becoming every bit as addicting as my smoking was!! I'm pretty happy with my setup now and hope to change my roll and invest in some different flavors now.

I'd really recommend getting a eBaron dripper Pro for your Provari. It's a great vape but also a very nice way to test out new flavors. That way you won't have to fill your protanks with a juice you don't like only to pour it out and having to clean your tank.

You won't regret it
I have two myself. One for trying out flavors and one dedicated for my Favorite juice...simply because I like its performance.

kind of a newbie question but how does one change flavors on that thing? the process in the video shows how to replace the wick and coil, does that have to be done before switching flavors? or does somehow the flavor not linger in the wicks?

also have to say, one of the good things about upgrading so quickly is that I gave my 2 ego twists away so hopefully they will quit too!!

Well. They kinda do. But being a dripper the next one eventually overpower the previous one. Allthough if you put in a very strong flavor you might have to give it a little cleaning. Still it's a simple and fairly inexpensive way to try out a new flavor.

Welcome and congratulations on quitting analogs. I like those ProTanks but you may want to try Smok Tech pyrex carto tanks when you have found an all day vape.
