I have no idea what a Twitterbomb is, but I clicked on the first link and found out how easy it is.

A commercial court in Toulouse ruled on Monday that e-cigarettes (that do not contain tobacco) qualify as tobacco products and should only be sold by registered tobacconists.

Responding to the ruling, a spokesman for British American Tobacco told CNBC that the industry welcomed regulation of e-cigarettes and other inhaled nicotine products "

That IS the reason for the whole ban attempt in the first place - hand the European e-cig industry to Big Tobacco on a silver platter!

A favorite comment I read on this ruling was that "Judges should apply the law NOT invent it.

It is all SHOULD nothing else, nothing has changed,there is absolutely no legislation in place ( yet )on this & it is very likely be thrown out on appeal,or so most people seem to think at least,the shop stays open & he continues to trade till the appeal is heard which will be way down the road. I think the expression is Smoke & Mirrors
