Highest % VG with Atlantis v2 coils?

My unflavored 3mg 95%VG DIY eliquid is too harsh in my Atlantis tank. Tastes burnt although the coil is so saturated I can hear it gurgle when I hit it.

What power level?
Are you properly priming new / unused heads?
What resistance heads are you using?
Which version Atlantis?
Sometimes you have to thin high vg liquids with distilled water so it will wick fast enough.
Usually saturated wicking material + burnt taste = too much power and or too little airflow.

I wouldn't use higher than 80% VG in most tanks, some can handle higher but why risk a dry hit?

I prefer not going over 80% VG. I can go high without much problem other than my coils going out quicker. I usually go about 50W on .2 ohm and 25W on .5 coils.

I've used a 90VG juice, but I believe that they thinned it out with distilled water, because it isn't very thick at all.

The highest i ever used was 90 so far i got it thru zample box and i did not have any p roblems all the way up to 45 watts but its not something i would buy myself knowing the percentage..just too high for me..

Wow, 3 minutes from need a little help to full on Fail.

Have you considered power might be to high? Maybe to low? My Orchids hit rough at lower wattages and choke me.
Considered a few drops of distilled H2O to thin the Vg?

Odd. I have the original atlantis. Works fine with 95%+ VG. Takes a very long time to prime properly, but once primed, never hiccups. Same with my rebuilt atlantis coils (horizontal vs vertical).

You give up after 3 minutes? Way to stay motivated *insert sarcasm here since people on the internet can't tell*. I've used 100% vg unflavored in my Atlantis. I'd say you probably run it to high in watts. 25 watts is perfect for me and no problems with it.

Exactly - same here.

i tend to run 70/80% vg juices in my atlantis 2... have not had any issues with it, running at around 60watts
