How do you steep e-juice?

I get my e-juice from MBV and the vendor instructs me to steep the juice for full flavor. What does that entail?

Pretty much let it sit for a week or so. Some say a dark place, some say a hot place, some say that the glove box in the car is the perfect place. I put mine in my "vaping" cabinate in the kitchen.

I start by taking the caps/droppers off the bottles, and I let them sit for 48 hours (shaking them like mad before I start and after 24 hours). Then I put the caps back on and let them sit for at least a week.

Some people put the bottles in hot water bath before letting them sit. The idea is that this speeds things up.

There's no doubt, though, that many e-liquids need time.

I shake the crap out of my juice, pop the lids and drippers off, and put them in a shoe box for at least 10 hours. The flavor change was amazing in that time.
