how many holes?

When I got my mini sub tanks there were two holes punched in one carto and three in the other. The one with two holes (they were pretty large holes) worked great with 100%PG and the one with three holes flooded with a 50/50 juice. I put four holes in a carto using a saddle valve (really small holes) and it works good with 100%VG. What's the most holes you've put in your cartos and how did you make the holes?

zero I take the easy route and slot mine with my trusty dremel tool. I slot parallel to the tank base about 1mm above the bottom of the tank and the slot is 1/3 the diameter of the carto. I run a 80/20 mix and no issues with wicking or flooding. I gave up the hole punching about 7 or 8 months ago.

I'm having the same problem,2 holes are fine,but three holes ,and I'm leaking all over the place
