I have a clone Tobh v2 with a center copper post. I'm worried about the lead poisoning you might get from certain coppers. Anyone have experience or knowledge on how safe it is to vape on this rda?
vaping is not "safe" to begin with so start with that premise than re-ask yourself about lead poisioning. Also, not all copper alloy contains lead. Imo, the amount of lead you suck into your body while walking around outside would be a bigger concern.
I'm not a fan of copper inside my atty. I own and use an atty with a copper center post. Deck or topcap would be too much copper. Like most folks, I have lots of justifications for my irrational behaviors.
Even if you ignore the safety issues, copper is a very soft metal and the threading in the posts will strip out much faster than stainless steel. There's just too many downsides to having copper posts to justify the small increase in performance.
