ETA: To the OP: Personally speaking as a proud naked glass phiniac tank with ss caps owner, get the larger one, ordering details are on their site along with measurements, then head on over to the carto vendor list baditude has in his blog to find the best custom cartomizers for the tank, then stalk your mailman. You'll be good to go! I don't know why anyone would deliberately want a small 3ml tank, go with 6ml+ and XL cartos. I can't speak on IBTanked but they look identical for all intent and purposes, plus they sell the thingy. You'll wanna buy a thingy.
