I placed an order with Ikenvape for two types of 510 cartos. I had problems with one of the carto types not threading into my PV connector properly, but the other type was threading properly and working outstandingly on my PV. I emailed Ikenvape to ask if there was anything i could do to fix my problem. After a couple of very pleasant email exchanges with Isaac, he sent me an email that he is replacing the cartos I'm having trouble with and managed to get the cartos into the mail before the close of business!
It's so refreshing to have a business provide such responsive and generous customer service these days. It's the companies like Ikenvape that make me grateful for the supportive e-cig community!
UPDATE: Received the replacement cartos in my mailbox today, and they fit/vape perfectly on my GLV-2. Thanks so much, Isaac!!!
