Is Flavored (Non-Tobacco Taste) Vape Juice Available in Delaware?

Yes, lots of flavors in Delaware. Since the PACT act stopped me from ordering online, I've been trying some different stores.
Delaware Vapor is the best I've found, but the selection is a little limited. They have house flavors and premium flavors at fair prices.
The second best I've found is vape escape. Lots of premium flavors, but you pay for it. They don't have a house brand, but they do have a diy bar. They charge extra for nicotine, which they add after you make your purchase. I found them pricey but top quality.

Your best bet going forward will be to DIY your juice.
Stock up on nicotine while you can. The time is NOW!!!
