Hi after 23 years of smoking I have been smoke free for all of October so far
I started with an intellicig throwaway and it worked much better than any patches or gums as I get to have something in my hand to fiddle with.
I have just purchased a chargeable set from E-cig and am looking forward to learning lots more in this forum
