Kangertech K-SIMAR 20 Gravity Mod 20W

I see this k-simar name used by Kanger before in the UK but it was a different mod, had 3 buttons and less wattage. Anyway, I saw this come up as a new arrival on a Canadian retail website and thought it would suit MY taste as a pair with the Subtank. (ymmv)

Quick specs: 7 to 20 Watts in 0.1 watts increments, 0.5ohms to 2.5ohms, spring loaded pin, takes one 18650, 23.5mm stainless steel body, oled display, one button....gravity sensor to change settings.

I'm off to buy batteries! I also bought an Efest LUC S2 to keep up on the charging needs.

Congrats. Looks like a great mod that doesn't need much power to run optimally. Some Samsung 25r batteries and you'll be off to the races.

Thanks, I've got a couple 25r on the way, not much of a selection locally.

i almost didn't buy this mod because it's a tube and the new small boxes are the hot ticket these days. Kind of zigging while everyone else is zagging. lol
Anyway, I used it all last night and this morning on low power. The battery life will be just fine with this thing. With the added bonus of being able to brain a small hobbit, if required.


I'm going to buy one of the new minis when the bugs get worked out... this will do for now. and works fine with my older kanger tanks as well.

Looks Good Specs say it fire down to .5ohm which should work for the ,5ohm subtank coils. I found a US Vender that sells it for $50. I am used to gravity sensors with my Sigelei 20 and 30 watt. With this being 23.5 mil Dia. maybe its OK for a Subtank,which I want.
