I started my vaping journey with Liberty Flights because of all the positive reviews on ECF. Once again it just shows what a valuable and reliable source the members of this forum are because my experience with LF has been fantastic!
I received my Riva 510 a couple of weeks ago, loaded them up and started happily vaping away with my Boge and smoktek cartos. I noticed that one of the battery buttons wasn't activating when I pushed it down, had to push down hard to get it to light up. I emailed Jacob at LF and asked if there was anything I could do to fix it because I really didn't want to send it back and be left w/just 1 battery. He replied that he will send out another battery along with a sticker to return the faulty one. Now that folks, is true customer service!!
I have and will continue to send anyone that asks about e cigs to Liberty Flights. Great products coupled with great CS is hard to beat!
