Had an issue with an item that I received from LiteCigUSA.net - created a ticket at 2pm today -

..... are you ready????? ......

Received e-mail at 2:02pm from Shawn - he immediately shipped a new item and gave me the new USPS tracking number.

There cannot be better customer service anywhere.
