looking for recipe for just cool TH

My local shop makes up a recipe they call extreme iceburg that is the only one I vape. It's in their menthol section but I taste no menthol only a blast of cold to my throat. It's perfect because I'm not a fan of flavors such as peppermint or spearmint in my juices.

They may have to close when the dark ages arrive so I may have to DIY. I looked through several recipes in the this forum but cant seem to find the right one. From what I've read maybe I should try just koolada to the base? Help!

Methyl Menthyl Acetate is sold as koolada by The Perfumer’s Apprentice. It gives a menthol cool without a menthol taste.

Kent thanks for responding. Is koolada only used for vaping? Reason I'm asking is if it is I should stock up before the dark ages arrive.

Dunno, but I understand it can be made by "simply dissolving menthol crystals into pg and cooking it at 180F until it no longer smells like menthol. It takes a long time, much patience, and careful heating...."

Flavor West makes a flavor named Extreme Ice.
May be the flavor they were using in their recipe.
Its supposed to give more of a cool mouth feeling as opposed to just minty or menthol I think.
I have some that was given to me, but have not used it so I have no real experience with it.
Might be something to start with. Good luck.
