I made a couple of purchases recently and both times MOV shipped the packages out very quickly. On the second order, during their recent sale, one of the bottles wasn't closed completely tight. It was a juicy mess when I opened the package and bubble wrap. The other bottles were loose but tight enough.

There was may be 5 ml gone of the 15 ml bottle...no biggy. I emailed MOV to let them know that the bottle leaked. Steve replied to apologize and said he would send out a replacement order. I asked how he'd like me to send back these bottles and he said to keep them.

I checked my email this morning and the replacement order had already shipped. I was a little peeved about the juice leak but MOV has more than met my expectations for their customer service.
